Ms. DiFrancesco speaks frequently at conferences and is an expert advisor for various groups. She has worked with: The Human Capital Institute (HCI), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Human Resource Institute (HRI), The Conference Board, International Assocation for Human Resource Information Mangement (IHRIM), the Brookings Institution, Drexel University, The Harvard Club, and continues as a long-time guest lecturer at the Wharton School.
