Business Analyst
Analysts perform a wide range of activities including setting up financial and operational analyses for market analysis, designing business models, financial modeling, valuing tangible and intangible assets, performing due diligence, and assembly of organizational asset portfolios. Anaylsts conduct quantitative analytics used to produce conceptually elegant displays of information. Analysts are on a very steep learning curve which requires a significant investment from our senior staff, a personal commitment to their own development, and effective management of the rigorous workload.
Consultant
Consultant work includes managing and coordinating a segment of the client engagement, competitive analysis, product-launch and market-entry assessment; financial modeling and valuation; M&A-style financial analysis, research, due diligence and other typical deal activities; and executing design of new business operations,tangible and intangible valuation.
Senior Consultant / Engagement Manager
Engagement Manager work includes managing and coordinating the client team, and developing approaches for competitive analysis, product-launches; financial models and valuation; M&A-style financial analysis, due diligence and typical deal activities; designing new business operations, assessing the strength of tangible and intangible assets (such as brands, human capital, strategic partnerships and technology); formulating strategic initiatives for improvement and funding and financing strategy formulation.
